Environment: In public API we have ignite.destroyCache(String) and
ingite.destroyCaches(Collection<String>) methods to destroy cache by name(s)
and ignite.services().cancel(String) to undeploy services, but no method for
data structures like:
* destroyAtomicSequence()
* destroyAtomicLong()
* destroyAtomicReference()
* destroyAtomicStamped()
* destroyQueue()
* destroySet()
* destroySemaphore()
* destroyCountDownLatch()
