    Modify permissions on $IGNITE_HOME path for OpenShift

    Most OpenShift environments run containers using a randomized user id for 
security purposes.  The user is always a member of group 0 however, so we 
modify the owner and permissions of the ignite installation to allow the 
container to initialize properly.
