Ignite ML module does not compile with this error

 package com.github.fommil.netlib does not exist

 cannot find symbol

I've checked modules/ml/pom.xml file and I think the reason is line 

            <type>pom</type>

in this dependency:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>com.github.fommil.netlib</groupId>
            <artifactId>core</artifactId>
            <version>${netlibjava.version}</version>
            <type>pom</type>
        </dependency>

I've double-checked three times on two different machines, after removing the 
line module does compile.
