[~yuemeng], Thanks for your interest in trying Hive on Spark. However, the JIRA
isn't the right forum to discuss about technical difficulties that you might
encounter, which are irrelevant to the issue the JIRA is about. I encourage you
to use dev@hive.apache.org to raise your questions or ask for help. I don't
know why you are having such a problem, but I guess you can use command "set
hive.execution.engine;" to confirm that the right engine is set.
