Hooray! Thanks Navis. I'm reviewing a diff of patch 18 and patch 0.13.0. So
far I've found one typo in two places: "retriving" should be "retrieving" in
the description of hive.serdes.using.metastore.for.schema.
Various other fixes can wait for a follow-up patch, because I don't want to
overburden you on this burdensome task. Come to think of it, you don't have to
fix the typos either. I just wanted you to know I'm doing the review.
