Hi Lefty Leverenz,
Need to update this in Alter Table/Partition File Format section:
Alter table set fileformat with INPUTFORMAT & OUTPUTFORMAT case, throw
exception if user doesn't specify serde. ie if user is specifying INPUTFORMAT &
OUTPUTFORMAT she must also specify serde.
