There's a bug in how MultiOutputFormat deals with DistributedCache, in that it
hardcodes the parameter name to merge for distributed cache entries in the
jobconf. This parameter name has changed with recent builds of 2.x, thus
causing a test failure. These parameters need to be properly shimmed out.
