The patch includes basic framework for using Hadoop miniKdc for Hive tests. It
also include new tests using miniKdc that cover HiveServer2 authentication.
Note that hadoop 2.3 doesn't support secure minicluster yet. Hence we can use
this for testing queries against secure hadoop.
