New version of the patch that addresses Ashutosh's comments and fixes the
failed unit tests found in the previous patch.
The one set of comments not addressed is the one about moving ValidTxnList out
of IMetaStoreClient. HIVE-6060 needs to move it to common anyway so that it
can be shared with the ql stuff on the backend. So I won't move it in this
patch, but the next path of HIVE-6060 will include the move.
