Add Lefty Leverenz to the PMC list on the
[credits|http://hive.apache.org/credits.html] page.
Also remove [~navis] from the committers list, because he's on the PMC list.
Add this comment after the committers list: "PMC members are also Hive
committers."
Bonus fix: change the copyright date from 2013 to 2014 in
author/src/documentation/skinconf.xml.
