[~jdere] Default "decimal" as type name works out of box, which means you can
do "create table dec (d decimal)". At semantic analysis, the type name is
converted to "decimal(10,0)" internally. After that point, it has no
difference, and works as if the user started with "decimal(10,0)" at the
beginning. Let me know if this doesn't answer your question.
