Thinking more about this, I think you can make HiveOFimpl work for this
requirement which is not to require storage handler writers needing to
implement HiveOF in following manner. Currently HiveOFImpl::getRecordWriter()
throws Exception, instead you can do something similar what you are doing in
HivePassThroughOF that is look up in the config to get underlying OF from
storage handler and invoke getRR on it and return that. Make sense?
