I've refactored [~prasadm]'s code slightly with [~owen.omalley]'s
recommendation. I think the added benefit is that it'll work for both CLI and
HS2 with the default configuration.
I also added a test case that exercises the code (TestMinimrCliDriver, fails
before, passes after).
Finally, I ran tests and it looks good.
What do you guys think?
