[~cdrome] I understand that. I was trying to answer the question Thiruvel
raised in his first comment. In short, I don't think any functions return
SUCCESS_WITH_INFO_STATUS right now, but in the future we probably will want to
do this, and it's a lot easier to support it at the outset than to add it in
later.
