I've noticed that PostgreSQL upgrade scripts are creating table
{{PART_COL_STATS}} and {{TAB_COL_STATS}} with column {{DOUBLE_HIGH_VALUES}},
however hive (and all other scripts) are expecting column name
{{DOUBLE_HIGH_VALUE}} (without the "S" at the end).
