root-cause is ColumnPrunerFilterProc doesn't perserve order of prunned column
list (filterOpPrunedColLists). It causes
outputColumnNames: _col0, _col3, _col4, _col2
It should be outputColumnNames: _col0, _col2, _col3, _col4
