ashutoshc has accepted the revision "HIVE-2822 [jira] Add JSON output to the 
hive ddl commands".

  +1 patch looks good. But, doesn't apply cleanly, can you rebase it on trunk. 
Also, one minor comment on hive-default.xml.template.
