This is a work in progress snapshot of a json patch. Feedback appreciated --
probably not ready for merging into the trunk.
This patch implements and few of the ddl commands: describeTable,
showTableStatus, and showTablePartitons. See
org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.metadata.MetaDataFormatter.
