Thanks for pushing this forward Naveen. I checked the released sources in apache-hive-3.1.3-src and they contain modified LGPL files violating the ASF release policy. The problem is the same reported under HIVE-25665. I think the fix should be backported to branch-3 before moving forward with the release.
