Make a single Hive binary work with both 0.20.x and 0.23.0. HIVE-2708 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-2708> : Hive MR local jobs fail on Hadoop 0.23
If the above is fine, I can work on back-porting/resolving the above issues for branch 0.8.
