I could reproduce the failure by running
"ant test -Dtestcase=TestCliDriver -Dqfile=combine2.q -Dtest.silent=false
-Dhadoop.version=0.23.0 -Dhadoop.security.version=0.23.0 -Dshims.include=0.23"
