DPAL-165 Split thrift_client#execute to compile + run for early access to
execution plan
In our use cases, we need to access query plan in early time (before
execution).
1. compile
2. get query plan
3. setup configuration (callback, etc.)
4. run the query
Additional methods are needed for 1, 3, 4 stage.
