Version 1.11.0 of parquet-mr will support the timestamp semantics necessary for
storing TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE values. Once it is released, Hive can
start using it and save TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE values to Parquet files.
