Proposing Hive 2.0.2

I'd like to propose rolling a 2.0.2 release that contains 2.0.1 + HIVE-13464
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-13464>, which imports the
backwards compatible changes from trunk for storage-api. Thoughts?
