Thanks you Shane, these are good improvements. We might want to rephrase "SQL-like language called HiveQL" since many consider it a bona fide SQL language, not just SQL-like. And I have some editorial quibbles, starting with a proper trademark symbol on the title line.
How about opening a Hive JIRA issue for this?
