Currently, SHORT -> INT -> BIGINT is supported.
Handle ORC data type conversions permitted by Implicit conversion allowed by
TypeIntoUtils.implicitConvertible method.
* STRING_GROUP -> DOUBLE
* STRING_GROUP -> DECIMAL
* DATE_GROUP -> STRING
* NUMERIC_GROUP -> STRING
* STRING_GROUP -> STRING_GROUP
