Summary: use Tez pool session if one of the default queues is

Currently, the pool mixes the sessions from all qeueus together and doesn't
distinguish them, so it won't use one of them if the user specifies any queue -
even one of the defaults. A pool session will only be used if no queue
preference is specified. We could use a pool session from a specific default
queue if user wants one of the default queues to be used.
