Currently HiveDecimalWritable depends on:
* org.apache.hadoop.hive.serde2.ByteStream
* org.apache.hadoop.hive.serde2.lazybinary.LazyBinaryUtils
* org.apache.hadoop.hive.serde2.typeinfo.HiveDecimalUtils
since we need HiveDecimalWritable for the decimal VectorizedColumnBatch,
breaking these dependencies will improve things.
