Common code moved to a base class to that columnarserde and
LazyBinaryColumnarSerDe share it.
Yes. The object inspector itself had no use for the null sequence. The
ColumnarStruct itself knows the nullSequence and uses it as required.
Have not run a complete test on this patch.
