Passed HBase tests.
HBaseStorageHandler used to use table name as Hbase table name if it is not
assigned. Now we have a choice to use dbName.tabName or tabName. To keep it
kind of compatible, Now we use tabName if DB Name is "default" and use
dbName.tabName if not.
