create table tmptmp(a string) partitioned by (b string);
alter table tmptmp add partition (b="1:2:3");
alter table  tmptmp rename to tmptmp_test;



The location for tmptmp_test partition (b="1:2:3) is unescaped due to rename, 
and hence it cannot be dropped.
