Yes, I have replaced it by "start": "ng serve --port xxxx --proxy-config proxy.conf.json" But, when I do "ng serve --open" in web-app directory it still open localhost:4200,, and when I do "yarn start" in web-app directory then it gives error ''missing bootstarp".
