Hi Justin, Sorry for confusion. The meeting does not contain any decisions and only for learn and communicate. OSPP is summer opensource promotion plan that supports students to participate in open source, like google summer code. We introduced the topic of hertzbeat during the meeting. We have published this topic on the official website and issues. This topic started before hertzbeat joined the apache incubator, it is indeed an oversight on our part to not publish it to the mailing list. We will publish it on the mailing list later.
