QUIC can indeed be a sibling of HttpCore. The client APIs would remain
exactly the same. The exact protocol version (HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2 or
HTTP/3) would be negotiated (or configured) at run-time.

This is not a problem. The problem is whether or not we have enough
resources to build something like QUIC? I am not sure we do.
