Easiest one we can depend on
https://search.maven.org/artifact/pl.droidsonroids.gradle/publicsuffix/1.0.0/pom
and https://github.com/DroidsOnRoids/public-suffix-mpl. License should be
there then while the actual PSL we still need to include. Sounds better than
overriding apache parent.
