This is because the `SSLConnectionSocketFactory` [doesn't
check](https://github.com/apache/httpcomponents-client/blob/master/httpclient5/src/main/java/org/apache/hc/client5/http/ssl/SSLConnectionSocketFactory.java#L209)
if the Proxy is null.
