The Apache HttpComponents project is pleased to announce 5.2.2 GA release of HttpComponents Core.
This is a maintenance release that corrects several defects discovered since release 5.2.1 including a major defect that can cause HTTP/2 connections allocate excessive amount of memory for their output frame buffer if the opposite endpoint transmits a high value of MAX_FRAME_SIZE in its settings. Users of HttpCore 5.x are advised to upgrade.
