massively simpler and is likely more efficient.

If you want to handle delta-seconds `"1" + Long.MAX_VALUE` please do it
consistently for all headers, not just `Age`. For now I think accepting only
valid long values that can be parsed with `Long#parseLong` should be good
enough.
