Folks I would like to move forward with the HttpClient 5.3 development and release HttpClient 5.3 alpha1 soon. To speed things up I propose that HttpCore skips one release cycle and HttpClient 5.3 be released based on HttpCore 5.2. There is nothing in the HttpCore 5.3.x branch that would be required for the next release cycle of HttpClient (other than Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) support, maybe).
