Hi Jens
I had no idea that JIRA account creation now required PMC involvement.
I saw a moderation request for a message with a request for a JIRA
account but assumed it was bogus. My apologies. I was not aware of the
changes in the infrastructure policies.
The account `jenschude` has been successfully created.
