Julian Reschke commented on HTTPCORE-665: ----------------------------------------- I would say that a decision needs to be made whether unregistered codes should be included. Doing so might open a can of worms. If the code is indeed widely used, it really ought to be registered in the IANA status code registry. Question: *why* does it need to be included here? > add http status code 509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded (Unofficial code) > ------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: HTTPCORE-665 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCORE-665 > Project: HttpComponents HttpCore > Issue Type: Improvement > Reporter: Arturo Bernal > Priority: Minor > Labels: pull-request-available > Time Spent: 10m > Remaining Estimate: 0h > > Would be nice to have the HTTP code 509. This status code, while used by many > servers, is not specified in any RFCs. > > * 509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded > Currently, the HTTP Status code list doesn't include this codes. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.3.4#803005) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@hc.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@hc.apache.org
