Under https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-30372 we updated the shaded
thrift to 0.24.0 in hbase-thirdparty.
As soon as we release 4.1.15 hbase-thirdparty version and in HBase we update
hbase-thirdparty to this version, we should:
* Update the Thrift compiler version to 0.24.0 in HBase root pom:
[https://github.com/apache/hbase/blob/7892cfbbde3531ca74e26df8f62888220ed79bf6/pom.xml#L932]
* Install the 0.24.0 version Thrift compiler locally
* Re-generate the generated Thrift classes with "mvn clean install -DskipTests
-Pcompile-thrift"
