I am planning to make an RC-1 release for 3.0.0 probably next week depending on how things go. I have made a corresponding branch and master will become 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT. If we need a 3.1.x or later 3 releases we can split off from 3.0.x. Let me know if that all sounds okay - it more or less matches what has been discussed before.
