Hi Everyone, As per discussion [1], I am proposing we split the Grails Publishing gradle plugin into its own repo with its own release cycle. This includes publishing this plugin to the gradle plugin portal. Please see the discussion thread for the details on why I am proposing this. At a high level, it can be decoupled from grails-core without any dependencies and it will allow us to eliminate a significant amount of publishing related code in grails-core.
