We meet every week via a google meeting.  The times alternate each week to
encourage attendance from multiple time zones.  Each week we will provide a
summary here to facilitate historical preservation & further discussion.

 grails-gsp has 6 dependency loops that will address with lazy configuration
 discovered pathingJar issue that Gradle solves this directly in recent
releases
 pathing jar only applies to windows; gradle does not seem to have this
issue
 it's possible intelliJ native runner may still have this issue
 will merge without pathingJar

* general updates
- much faster iteration on changes
- on m4, full grails-core build in under 2 minutes

* desire to go to mono repo
- faster running all the tests
- catches breaking changes
- merging the last separate repo - grails-data-mapping
- discussing the concern for the time in GitHub CI; ASF will allow us to
use external runners
- we can take advantage of gradle caching & parallel execution
- Jeff suggested to ask Gradle team for some review time
- decided to start a discuss thread and then a vote thread

* asset pipeline
- serialization issue will be addressed
- new organization for asset-pipeline
- access will be granted to select people in grails

* Grails.org DNS
- James F coordinating with ASF Infrastructure

* JFrog Artifactory (repo.grails.org)
- Jeff has received a response that they will get back to us in a few days
