[~arne] understood "histogram summary" was the issue (and should be "summary"
instead). If it is about migrating the reporting it should be in
OpenMetricsFormatter (overriding what is needed to be original prometheus in
"legacy" mode IMHO). We should just align on

I wouldn't drop neither help nor type lines since at the end it is needed
either by tck or by some scrapers.
