See CMakeList.txt for production of Makefiles and other project files. All
project build files are produced via CMake.
ACE and all other libraries that have native client specific compilation
flags and requirements will be statically linked to avoid issues with dynamic
linker loading dependencies from system LD_LIBRARY_PATH that do not satisfy
specific requirements.
