Yeah, I think I will roll the version to 1.0.0-incubating.M2 for the time
being.  I cannot set the version to 1.0.0-incubating.M3 until *SDG with
Apache Geode support* for 1.0.0-incubating.M2 has been released since I
could inadvertently pick up changes meant for M3 in the SDG M2 support
(however unlikely at the moment).
