Hello Jark,

Thank you for preparing the report. Appreciate that this is addressed to
PPMCs and mentors but I have the following comments which hopefully will
help readers gain a fuller picture.

1. Should we have an sentence under a Fluss sub-section (e.g. under how
would you address podling maturity or three most important unfinished
issues..) on how the concerns were addressed? Currently, the reports
abstract section mentions “significant concerns” that was resolve after
“considerable discussion and encouragement from IPMC”. I feel that we
should elaborate on what was done by the PPMC e.g. Fluss PPMC evaluated
committers and current PPMC in discussion and voted on proposed PMC. These
are good datapoint to have for readers who might not have followed the
graduation discussion closely.

2. Under “how has the project developed since the last report”, should we
also include an item mentioning that Fluss website redesign was completed?

3. Apply “show not tell” in the commentary under “How would you access the
podling’s maturity?”, we can add metrics such as number of committers, PRs,
etc. (Yu Li’s discussion or vote thread already have these that can be
used).

What do you think?

Thank you
Keith
