Currently, the latest stable release available for AWS connectors is for Flink
2.0 inside the maven repository
(https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.flink/flink-connector-aws).
There was some work done as part of FLINK-40065 to add support for Flink 2.1,
but the stable connector wasn't released to the maven repository.
This task is about adding support for Flink 2.2 to the flink-connector-aws.
